YOUTH ATHLETE

Youth indoor soccerOur certified/licensed professionals will help improve your child’s overall sports performance. Whether the goal is making the travel club team, your school team, or preparing for the collegiate season, weekly training sessions will give your youth athlete the Homefield advantage!

Our classes focus on the four core disciplines:

  • Strength
    Strength training specializes in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction. This specific style of training builds the anaerobic endurance, size of skeletal muscles and bone density which helps in overall athletic performance.
  • Plyometrics
    Exercises designed to develop explosive speed and acceleration. Typical activities include jumping and hopping which our system is designed to create situational movements and training to enhance overall performance.
  • Speed, Agility, and Quickness
    SAQ is a system of training aimed to improve the athlete’s ability to perform explosive multi-directional movements by reprogramming the neuromuscular system to work effectively in game play. The focus is on the development of motor abilities which will give the athlete the proper
    fundamentals they need to gain the advantage against their competition.
  • Sports Conditioning
    Our sports condition system improves overall fitness and sports performance. We challenge our athletes physically and mentally which usually has multiple components, including power, strength, speed, balance, agility, coordination, and endurance.

*Turf use limited to 1-hour at a time, and to one person per area at a time unless both users are Turf Members. If the area has been rented for a period that overlaps a previously scheduled rental, you may move to another area, if available. Membership does not include Hitrax.
