HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of
functional movement exercises followed by short recovery periods, or sometimes active core exercises. This type
of training gets and keeps your body in a fat-burning zone through your entire workout, while also creating an
afterburn effect. This means your body will continue to burn calories for up to 2 hours after your workout.


HITT combines short bursts of intense activity with an active recovery. We will focus on cardio and strength utilizing our body weight, bands and weights. All fitness levels are welcome.

Utilize the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout – including proper heavy bag training – to strengthen and tone
your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and your confidence.

High intensity interval training bootcamp. Bootcamp focuses on building muscle, upper body strength, overall
body coordination. We include a timed and synchronized playlist to keep you moving.

HOMEFIELD Trainers focus
on alternating muscle focus to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. All levels
welcome– Classes are modified to challenge any fitness level.
