Have you fallen into a sedentary lifestyle, or perhaps just never felt comfortable in a gym? We’ve created a specialized low-impact cardio program to get you off the couch to develop life-long healthy habits. C2C creates a healthy foundation by helping you set realistic goals, providing support and tools to reach and maintain goals for your new lifestyle change.  

Meeting twice a week, you will learn healthy life skills and wellness related topics including nutrition, mindful eating, proper amount of exercise, safe & sustainable weight loss, relaxation, goal setting, positive psychology, and more.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT-INTERVAL)

HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of functional movement exercises followed by short recovery periods, or sometimes active core exercises. This type of training gets and keeps your body in a fat-burning zone through your entire workout, while also creating an afterburn effect. This means your body will continue to burn calories for up to 2 hours after your workout.  

HIGH INTENSITY TACTICAL TRAINING (HITT-TACTICAL)

HITT combines short bursts of intense activity with an active recovery. We will focus on cardio and strength utilizing our body weight, bands and weights. All fitness levels are welcome.

BOXING

Utilize the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout – including proper heavy bag training – to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and your confidence.

ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP

High intensity interval training bootcamp. Bootcamp focuses on building muscle, upper body strength, overall body coordination. We include a timed and synchronized playlist to keep you moving. HOMEFIELD Trainers focus on alternating muscle focus to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. All levels welcome — Classes are modified to challenge any fitness level.
